“Are You Ready” Workshop held successfully..!

Resource persons from geology-related institutions conducted presentations introducing their respective institution profiles and employability of fresh graduates. Dr. N.P. Wijayananda, President, Institute of Geology, Sri Lanka (IGSL) delivered the Key Note address.

Most of the resource particularly emphasized the fact that students should uplift their soft skills in addition to their academic and professional qualifications.

After all presentations, a panel discussion was conducted so that participants and resource persons could actively engage in discussion on their burning questions. At the end of the panel discussion, student feedback was also obtained. The workshop and discussion was a great success especially benefitting the students in finding their career pathways in the future.
